An eleven year old Dawlish girl made it to the semi finals of a national child genius TV programme...before leaving in tears, when she couldn't answer a number of questions.
Nerissa Lawson was appearing on the show on Channel 4, but failed to get any questions right in the anagrams and definition rounds.
One of the questions she was asked was 'Which twelve letter word is a man made radioactive element? And the answer is: Darmstadtium.
