The man, who was driving a coach, which crashed earlier this summer killing two East Devon women, has been rebailed by police.
The fifty eight year old was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The Exeter based Carmel coach was taking a group on a day trip from Exmouth to Looe in Cornwall, when it crashed.
Fifty nine year old Margaret Luxton from Exmouth and Carol Muldoon, from Newton Poppleford, died in the accident.
The driver of the coach was arrested by police and released. He answered his bail yesterday and has been rebailed until November.
