Restrictions will remain in force until 7am on Monday morning
Lane restrictions are in place at Exe Bridges again this weekend as resurfacing work continues.
Motorists are advised that delays are to be expected while restrictions are introduced as part of the on-going resurfacing and waterproofing scheme.
Although the roundabout will not be closed at any point during the work, a number of lanes will be closed.
From approximately 6am on Saturday morning, three left hand lanes across Exe Bridge South will be closed (including the bus lane) - leaving just one lane open.
There will also be no access to Alphington Street from Exe Bridges and signed diversions will be in place.
These restrictions will remain in force until 7am on Monday morning.
The scheme is progressing well and waterproofing work has been completed on the North bridge.
Further weekend working is also scheduled to be carried out on Exe Bridges on Saturday 6 April and Sunday 7 April. However, the work is weather sensitive, and timings may change.
