Up to 1,000 people attended a protest in Exeter last night against Donald Trump's travel ban, which stops people from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.
The event, organised by a Syrian refugee who lives in the city, started in Bedford Square at 6:00pm and despite being organised at the last minute, it attracted hundreds of people from across the area.
The demonstration was one of many held in the South West last night, as anger grows over the new US President's travel ban.
