The leader of a heroin dealing gang who brought large quantities of the drug from Liverpool to Devon is among a list of 'most wanted' criminals, thought to be hiding in Spain. .
Police found the gang had been using places including Exeter's Stoke Woods as hiding places for the drugs, and for secret meetings.
Stephen Blundell was convicted of conspiracy to supply and 14 other members of his gang were jailed by Exeter crown court in April - but he went on the run when he was bailed pending sentencing.
The list published today by Crimestoppers, the UK's National Crime Agency and Spanish police also includes suspects accused of attempted murder, and child abuse
