A Devon Royal Marine who killed an injured Taliban fighter in Afghanistan in 2011 will be freed from prison within two weeks.
Alexander Blackman, from Taunton, has today been sentenced to seven years for manslaughter.
Because he has already served half that - after originally being convicted of murder - he will be out next month.
Mr Blackman's also been dismissed from the Army.
