We might spot local police officers in an unusual patrol car this month.
The latest addition to the fleet in Lotus Evora sports car emblazoned with the official force livery.
The force is borrowing the 160mph car from the Lotus to use in safety campaigns - it won't be used for pursuits.
Sergeant Owen Messenger said, "we have taken the car to a few events now
and the response has been overwhelming,”
"People
literally flock to it. It’s a stunning looking car and with the police
badges it’s very unusual!”
