A homeless man from Exeter was left 'distraught' after his dog, named Bear, was reportedly stolen from him. CCTV recorded the incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning (28th July) - the owner was sleeping at the time.
Bear is very distinctive with a floppy left ear and white spot near his tail.
