Police investigating last week's road accident in Exeter - in which a 12 year old pedestrian died - say the driver of the vehicle involved is NOT being treated as a suspect at this stage.
12 year old Leo Gregory died in hospital after a collision with a skip lorry on a pedestrian crossing in Topsham Road last Thursday.
Police say they've spoken to a number of witnesses - but are still appealing for a cyclist who rode past the scene to come forward, as they may have important information.
