He overtook an unmarked police car
Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police's No Excuses team stopped a driver for speeding on the A38 near Chudleigh last night.
He then tested positive for cannabis and cocaine.
Officers tweeted to say he was under arrest and awaiting blood tests.
