A family in Ottery St Mary have had a lucky escape after a build-up of carbon monoxide in their home.
They were alerted by a detection device and the fire brigade were called out to their home in Hill View yesterday morning.
All seven were given hospital treatment as a precaution.
It comes less than a week after a family in Cornwall were killed by the gas.
