A serial flasher who exposed himself to women several times late at night in Exeter's St Thomas area has admitted to 11 offences.
In court it emerged that 45 year old Shane Turner from Tavistock had also been stalking a female psychiatrist from South Devon who'd formerly treated him for five years.
He'd been upset when she called a halt to their counselling sessions and then became obsessed with her - and had breached an earlier restraining order aimed at keeping him away.
He also pleaded guilty to harassment and to breaching the order - and has been remanded in custody before sentencing next month.
