Inspectors found that the St Thomas practice was caring and responsive to the needs of patients, and often provided extra services not specified by the GP contract.
Their report highlighted the fact that practice nurses had learned to dress leg ulcers so that patients didn't have to attend a clinic on the other side of Exeter.
And that simplified documents had been produced for patients with learning disabilities.
