Demonstrations will be taking place in London and Bristol today to express solidarity with 30 Greenpeace workers - including one from Exeter - who've been charged with piracy in Russia.
The charges followed a protest at an Arctic oil platform owned by a Russian company.
37 year old Iain Rogers from Exeter is one of six Britons among the accused.
The Exeter MP Ben Bradshaw has described the piracy charges as ridiculous and says he hopes the British government is doing everything possible to get the protesters released.
