CHILDREN can cool off in the hot weather by taking a dip in Exeter's paddling pools.
The two City Council run pools in Heavitree Pleasure Grounds will open to the public today for the summer holidays.
The pools are ready to go following an extensive programme of maintenance and repairs after the site was targetted by vandals.
Cllr Greg Sheldon, Lead Councillor for Environment and Leisure, said children would now be able to take full advantage of the popular pools.
