Get your skates on
Exeter's new Winter Wonderland is now officially open and Radio Exe is proud to be supporting it.
The attraction, provided by David Rowland Jnr, boasts an undercover ice rink, a German themed bar, fairground rides and best of all - Santa's Grotto.
Entry is free to the Winter Wonderland, but tickets need to be purchased in advance for the Ice Rink and Santa's Grotto.
The minimum age for skating is 3-years-old, but those aged 7 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult with skates. The organisers also recommend that no more than 4 children skate per adult.
Children under 1.2m tall can hire a penguin as a skating aid on a first come first served basis for £5.
There's a range of food and drink available, including a Christmas Swing Grill with traditional German sausages, The Hog Roast serving pork and turkey rolls and Yorkshire pudding wraps. There's also the Gourmet Grill with chips and steak and beef burgers. There's also a German-themed bar serving alcohol and soft drinks.
The Winter Wonderland is open until Sunday 2 January. Students who show Student ID can redeem a discount at the box office.
