Shortlist of four at www.facebook.com/radioexe
Four of Exmouth's fondly remembered sons have been nominated to have a new land train named after them.
Shopkeeper and historian Bill Sleeman, fisherman Geoff Ingram, town crier Garth Gibson and RNLI coxwain Brian Rowsell are in the running.
They've all now sadly passed away - and whilst all are worthy of a lasting landmark, Radio Exe's listeners are being invited to select the man whose name should adorn the land train when it goes into service later this month
