A senior Royal Marine from East Devon has been recognised for his work training foreign forces.
Lieutenant Colonel Tony De Reya is Chief of Staff at the Marines Training Centre at Lympstone, near Exmouth.
He's been awarded an MBE for training foreign allies in Africa, the Middle East and Asia and says it's an important element of military work.
