Fire crews have been tackling a blaze in Broadclyst.
When emergency services arrived, they discovered the fire was in the first floor bedroom and all occupants had been evacuated.
Two breathing apparatus wearers and a hose reel jet were used to tackled the fire.
Three of the occupants suffered minor burns and suffered smoke inhalation. They were dealt with by the ambulance service
