Emergency crews have been dealing with a fire in a flat in Exeter.
Three fire crews were called out to Greenway shortly after 10.30pm and found the flat full of smoke.
The fire had started in a chair and was out by that time but the two occupants of the flat had to be led to safety as fire crews ventilated the building.
