Local firefighters will be starting a blaze later this morning.
They're hosting a fire safety seminar for the landlords of social housing.
The session involves setting fire to a trailer furnished to look like a living room, in which sprinklers than activate and extinguish the flames.
The dramatic demonstration is designed to show how effective sprinklers are, and encourage the landlords to install them.
