Four men and a 17-year-old youth, accused of murdering an Exeter man last month, have appeared at the city's Crown Court and been remanded in custody.
43 year old Stephen Crook was found with stab wounds in a house in Alphington Road, and died in hospital.
Four of the defendants are from Coventry - including the teenager who appeared via video link - the fifth is from Okehampton.
A further hearing is due to to take place in April and a six-week trial is expected to begin in September.
