Flooding is causing travel chaos in parts of Devon with several key roads closed.
Some major routes into Exeter are closed.. the A377 is closed in both directions ..the the A376 is also impassible- and there are reports of cars stranded at Clyst St George.
The A3052 has also been closed at Newton Poppleford ... there's also flooding in Harrington Lane, Pinhoe in Exeter and in Marsh Barton near the railway bridge.
Where traffic is still moving, police are warning of dangerous driving conditions.
Flood warnings are in effect for several local rivers - including the Clyst from Broadclyst to Clyst St Mary, the river Coly from Colyton to Colyford, and the Otter at Honiton, Weston and Fenny Bridges.
