A week after being ousted as independent leader, Ben Ingham, formerly a Conservative councillor has come out as a Tory again.
He's metaphorically walked the floor of the chamber to join his old mates on the Tory opposition benches.
After a group of independents left the independent group running the council to join an alliance of Greens, Lib Dems and other independents, a group called the Democratic Alliance now controls East Devon.
