A youth football club has signed a ground breaking deal with Exeter City Council.
Central FC has taken on the lease to run sports pitches and changing rooms at King George V Playing Fields in the city.
Due to budgetary constraints, Exeter City Council has been looking at transferring the management of Council-owned football pitches to local football clubs, and Central is the first club to sign up.
Central Chairman Nigel Parker says it's good news for the future of youth football in Exeter.
