The real concerns local people have about NHS services are coming to light - and they include the topical issue of out of hours services.
Devon Healthwatch, the group set up to give a voice to patients and other users of health and social services, has reported back on a series of meetings with groups and organisations since it came into being in April.
The group works closely with the local NHS to relay people's concerns and bring about improvements.
Partnership officer Caroline Lee says many people wanted assurances that vulnerable members of society would have their views taken on board.. and they also needed reassurance about going into hospital.
