A severe flood warning has been issued for the coast from Exmouth to Lyme Regis.
That's the highest level of warning and means that lives could be in danger.. and some people may have to be evacuated.
Residents are being asked to co-operate if they are asked to leave their homes.
There are also flood warnings in place for the south coast including Dawlish and Starcross... and the Exe estuary including Topsham.
