Hopes to bring top level Speedway back to the Exeter area are still alive, although there's a warning that as time goes by it'll become more unlikely.
It's now 7 years since the Exeter Falcons rode their last meeting at the old County Ground before it was developed for housing.
Plans to relocate to Haldon, Westpoint or potentially an indoor arena came to nothing, and with ongoing planning issues for any venue, there's no immediate soluition in sight.
