The horse, called Strider, belongs to charity fundraiser William Reddaway.
William is close to completing a 2,500 mile ride around the country.
He's calling at 30 cathedrals over a seven-month duration.
They're due to visit Exeter at 2pm - the Great West Doors of the cathedral will be opened to admit them.
