A house has collapsed into the road in East Budleigh this afternoon.
The entire side wall of the thatched cottage in Hayes Lane gave way and crumbled into the street, bringing with it scaffolding that had been put up as the building was being renovated.
The fire service and police attended to make the scene safe.
No-one was hurt.
