There's help at hand this week for anyone in Exeter who's having trouble paying their energy bills.
The Citizens Advice Bureau is hosting two events offering advice on switching supplier, getting help with the costs and gaining access to funding for energy-saving equipment.
People can save an average of £200 a year on their bills by making a few changes.
Those events are at St Thomas library and the main temporary library building on Wednesday and Friday respectively.
