South West Water says it's trying to find and fix an unprecedented number of burst water mains following the freezing weather.
Meanwhile supplies have now been restored to the Exwick area of Exeter, which had no water yesterday.
However there are still problems in the Nadderwater and Redhills area and bottled water is being handed out there.
There is water in Bradninch, Silverton and Cullompton, but it's a bit discoloured. Bottled water is being handed out from the Guildhall in Bradninch and the Market Square in Cullompton...where there's also a water bowser.
