IKEA are reported to have moved a step closer to opening a store in Exeter.
The company say they've been working with the city council to identify possible sites and are said to have found a potential location near Sandy Park.
However they say discussions are continuing and they can't comment further at the moment.
If the store goes ahead it could create around 300 jobs.
