Police have just revealed details about the theft of a large amount of jewellery from a house in Dawlish.
Gold and silver rings, necklaces and bracelets, were taken during the burglary at the property in Badlake Hill last Wednesday.
The jewellery is worth around £1,500, and was taken when someone forced open a side door.
Detective Constable Steve Watts says The items were of huge sentimental value to the victims, with some of them belonging to their late parents.
