Women and children who've been victims of domestic violence in Devon are waiting months for support.
Those at immediate risk get help keeping themselves safe - but there are no government-funded services looking after them once the immediate danger is over.
It means they have to rely on charities and other organisations which raise their own funding - but are currently very short of resources.
Those organisations include Stop Abuse for Everyone which operates in the Exeter and mid and east Devon area, and has 41 children on its waiting list for recovery services.
