Exeter has been named the city with the fourth lowest risk of burglary in the UK.
The ratings were compiled by looking at the number of house burglaries, in conjunction with sales of security equipment.
Exeter was shown to have a relatively low rate of break-ins, together with a high level of security awareness as evidenced by sales of items such as outside lights and burglar alarms.
