South West Water has announced plans that could see its bills go down by around 13 per cent in real terms by 2020.
The company had already frozen its charges until 2015 and said rises after that would be below inflation.
This morning it's launched its latest pricing and investment plan and says it can now propose even lower bills than before.
However it says it will still continue investing in better services.
