Exeter's museum has secured a major grant.
The Royal Albert Memorial Museum will get one hundred and ninety thousand pounds to update its World Cultures Gallery...New showcases will be brought in and thirty per cent more of the collection will be on show, including Asian costume and African carving and beadwork.
The money has come from a partnership involving the government and a charity, called the Wolfson Foundation.
