One person dead
A man's death following a fire at a property in Torquay on Saturday night is being treated as 'unexplained,' as another man is taken into custody in connection with the incident.
Police were called at 11.10pm to the blaze on Ellacombe Road in the town where a man in his thirties was found dead.
His next of kin have been informed although formal identification is yet to be completed.
A man in his 50s, from Torquay, was arrested. Enquiries were ongoing through Sunday and a cordon was in place.
