Happened the same night
An Exeter man has been charged with rape and sexual assault after two teenage girls were attacked on the same night.
The incidents involved a 16-year-old who was raped on Clyst Halt Avenue and a 17-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted on the station platform and again on a train traveling into Exeter St David’s on Friday 9 May.
Both victims are being supported by specialist officers.
19-year-old Sonny Boyes will appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, May 12th).
