South Molton man remanded in custody
A Devon man has been charged with assualt following an incident at a South Molton pub over the weekend.
28-year-old Jordan Foster of, Hugh Squire Avenue, in the town is charged with common assualt and wounding/inflifcting grievous bodily harm without intent.
It follows an incident at the Coaching Inn pub at around 21.00 on Saturday 11 October where a man in his 30s sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.
Mr Foster appeared before Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Monday 13 October and was remanded in custody until his next appearance on 13 November at Exeter Crown Court.
