A man from Exeter has been charged with the manslaughter of a nine-month-old baby.
Thomas James Durkin will appear before Plymouth Magistrates on June 7th.
It follows the child's death on 14th June last year. The boy from Hemyock was pronounced dead at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospita;.
Durkin had been arrested on suspicion of murder at the time and released on bail.
