The air ambulance attended the incident at Sandy Bay
A man has died whilst sunbathing in Exmouth at the weekend.
The air ambulance landed at Sandy Bay on Saturday afternoon at around 3.30pm, with paramedics performing CPR on the man in his 50s.
A police spokesman said that "despite their efforts, he was pronounced deceased at the scene”.
There were no suspicious circumstances, and the man's next of kin have been informed, while a file was being prepared for the coroner.
