Officers want to hear from anyone who saw a crash between a car and a motorbike on Sunday night (9th November).
Emergency services were called to the A361, St Brannocks Road, at 7.10pm
The crash involved a Grey Volkswagen golf and a Black Hyosung motorbike.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, sustained multiple injuries to his chest and pelvis which are currently being treated as potentially life-changing. He remains in hospital in Plymouth.
The driver of the car, a man in his 50s, sustained minor injuries.
