A man has been arrested following a stabbing incident in Exeter last night.
Police were called to Leighton Terrace at 21.47pm last night to reports that a man had been stabbed on the street.
The offender then fled the scene.
The 47-year-old was located by officers near Howell Road after a search using the force helicopter and police dogs.
The victim is described as having serious injuries.
