New Year's violence near quay
A man who was knocked unconscious in an unprovoked attack in Exeter on New Year's Eve has a broken jaw.
The 21 year-old needed surgery after being hit on a path between Western Way and the Quay an hour or so before the new year began.
The man who attacked him out of the blue was walking with another male. Police want to speak to another man pushing a pink puschair, who could have witnessed the incident.
