A petition by an Exeter postman could deliver a setback to plans to privatise Royal Mail.
The online petition started by Darren Rowbotham - a member of the Communication Workers Union - suddenly took off a few days ago and the number of signatures rocketed from around 600 to more than 60 thousand.
He says his concerns about price rises, scaled down rural deliveries and job losses are now winning the attention of the Labour party.
