A survey of NHS workers has found that 38 per cent of those at Exeter RD&E had witnessed a potentially harmful error or 'near miss' in the last month.
That percentage was above the national average.
The survey also found that only 56 per cent of Exeter RD&E workers would recommend the hospital as a place to work.. or be treated... that was in keeping with the national average.
On a more positive note, the RD&E had lower than average numbers of employees who'd experienced bullying or abuse from patients or other staff.. or who'd suffered discrimination or work-related stress.
