Man taken to hospital
A man in his 20s is in critical condition after being hit by a grey moped in Plymouth.
Police and an ambulance were called to the crossing on Exeter Street yesterday [Wednesday, 2 July] around 5:55 PM.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving while unfit through drink and drugs.
The road was closed for several hours for forensic investigations.
Police are appealing for witnesses, especially those with dashcam footage.
