Devon County Council is switching off more street lights overnight in parts of Exeter, from the early hours of tomorrow morning.
In several residential streets in the Heavitree and Whipton Barton areas, the lights will go out at around 1230am before coming on again at dawn.
Main roads and walk-home routes remain lit, and these will include the cycle path linking George's Close with Polsloe Bridge.
The scheme is already in place in many other areas of Exeter and the county council says it's proved a success - as well as reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.
